Antonio Conte is in the market for another forward but the Scottish champions are extremely reluctant to sell this month and demanding at least £40 million for the Frenchman. GABBIADINI'S SAINTS MOVE AGREED Southampton have agreed a deal to sign forward Manolo Gabbiadini from Napoli, according to Sky Sport Italia. The Saints will pay €17 million up front for the Italian, with a further €3m payable depending on certain performance-related targets. IVANOVIC SET FOR ZENIT Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic is set to complete a move to Zenit St. Petersburg within the next 24 hours, Sky Sports reports . The Serbian defender, who has failed to impress Antonio Conte since the Italian's arrival at Stamford Bridge, has only personal terms left to agree before the switch is finalised. GIBSON & OVIEDO TO SUNDERLAND Everton duo Darron Gibson and Bryan Oviedo are undergoing medicals ahead of joining Sunderland, according to Sky Sports . Ex-Manchester United man Gibson and Oviedo, who both played under Moyes at Goodison Park, are set to be reunited with their former manager at the Stadium of Light after becoming surplus to requirements on Merseyside. BENZEMA OFFERED TO ARSENAL Real Madrid have offered France forward Karim Benzema to both Arsenal and Chelsea, according to Diario Gol . ROMA BEAT CHELSEA TO KESSIE Roma have completed negotiations to sign Atalanta starlet Franck Kessie this summer, reports Corriere dello Sport . The man widely tipped as the next Yaya Toure following his breakthrough season in Serie A had seen him come to the attention of Europe's elite, including Chelsea and Paris Saint- Germain, but Roma appear to have beaten them with a €30 million offer plus two youth team players in part exchange. LEICESTER REJECT £38M SLIMANI BID Leicester City have turned down a £38 million bid for Algeria international Islam Slimani, according to Sky Sports . Chinese Super League club Tianjin Quanjian made an offer for Slimani, but the Foxes are unwilling to sell the striker after only signing him in August. Tianjin were willing to pay the 28-year-old £300,000 a week to move to China. JUVENTUS TURN TO PAREDES Juventus are weighing up a move for Roma midfielder Leandro Paredes before the end of the transfer window, according to Gazzetta dello Sport . The Bianconeri are keen to strengthen in the middle of the park and are ready to turn to Paredes after Wolfsburg turned down the Old Lady's bid for Luiz Gustavo. CHELSEA OPEN KOLASINAC TALKS Chelsea have entered into transfer talks with Schalke defender Sead Kolasinac, reports Calcio Mercato . PATO SET FOR CSL Alexandre Pato is set to become the latest player to head for the Chinese Super League, according to Gianluca Di Marzio .
