SONE ALUKO SENDS FULHAM TO FA CUP FIFTH ROUND

The 27-year-old forward led the Cottagers to the next round of England's oldest football competition having caged the Tigers Nigeria international, Sone Aluko was on target for Fulham FC in their 4-1 victory over Hull City in their FA Cup fourth round clash on Sunday. The 27-year-old opened scoring for the Cottagers in the 17th minute of the encounter after connecting with a pass from Tomas Kalas to break the deadlock. Evandro Goebel equalised for the Premier League side just four minutes into the second half, and Chris Martin and Ryan Sessegnon struck in six minutes to ensure the hosts took a comfortable lead. While Stefan Johansen sealed the victory Slaviša Jokanović in the 78th minute to seal his side’s qualification for the tournament’s fifth round. Aluko has scored three goals in 15 appearances for Fulham since he joined them from Hull City in 2016.
